Garlic Chicken

The difference between a man and a woman are summed up greatly in a book titled Men are Like Waffles, Women are Like Spaghetti. This book basically goes into great detail about how men compartmentalize everything (like a waffle), while women mix everything together like spaghetti. This happened  tonight when Jeff made Garlic Chicken and salad for dinner. He ate his side-by-side (see picture), while I stirred mine together to make chicken salad.

This Garlic Chicken recipe is one Jeff found online and we've made once before. It's really easy and makes me feel very grown up because it involves raw meat, which is still an extremely gross substance to me and I must thoroughly wash my hands after touching. We also made a bag salad, which is probably the best invention since sliced bread (funny story: Jeff added the croutons to the bag and went to shake it up, only to throw all the croutons on the floor, along with some lettuce. Luckily I was there to witness it). Also, as an added bonus, we used some leftover french bread from last night and spread some of the leftover olive oil/garlic mixture on it to create yummy bread.

Overall reaction: Still a good one. "Especially delicious for how fast and easy it is" - Jeff. I think a great addition to this recipe would be red chili or cayenne pepper added to the breading. I can see this recipe staying in the rotation for quite some time.
